How to Use

1. Place the ICE POD MAX on a flat, stable surface that can support 400–500 kg.
2. Inflate the structure to the recommended pressure.
3. Fill the tub with cold water using a hose or buckets.
4. Step in slowly and allow your body to adjust to the temperature.
5. Stay immersed for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on your level and objectives.
6. When finished, drain the water using the built-in hose.
