The Redgun™ combines two recovery tools. The percussion head loosens tight muscles in a few minutes, and the built-in red light accompanies the massage on the area you're working. One device in your bag instead of two.
When to use it
Before your session, a few minutes to wake the muscles up.
After training, on the thighs, calves or back to release tension.
Every day, on a stiff neck and shoulders after a day at the desk.
Built for athletes
Light and easy to hold, it reaches every part of the body, even on your own. It complements an ice bath or compression boots when you want to target a specific muscle.
