30 days at most for most products. Allow 30 to 45 days for a chiller and 8 to 12 weeks for a sauna.
Frozen and Acrylic models are made to order, so they take longer. Message us for an exact date.
Do I need to buy ice?
Not with a chiller. It cools the water and holds it at the temperature you set from your phone. Without a chiller, you use the bath with cold water or ice, like a regular ice bath.
How does custom branding work?
Send us your logo and colours and we'll prepare a free mock-up. No minimum order: one bath is enough. Everything can be customised except the Pod Max.
What if the product isn't right for me?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Every product also comes with a 2-year warranty.
